About glp1.how

glp1.how is peer information for the GLP-1 era — free, plain-language guides on getting access to GLP-1 medications, advocating for patients, and using them well across nutrition, movement & strength, mental & social health, and supportive health.

glp1.how is the information. glp1.community is the people — real stories, questions, and day-to-day support from others on the same path.

How our articles are made

We are open about our process. Every article goes through the same three-step pipeline:

Structured evidence

Claim-bearing articles carry a For & Against evidence panel: linked sources on each side of a question, labeled by strength — from strong clinical evidence down to community experience — with citations and DOI links where available. We show the evidence rather than asking you to take our word for it.

Community signal and lived experience

Structured evidence is half the picture; the other half is what living with these medications is actually like. Reader signal continuously shapes and corrects the site:

The result each article aims for: structured evidence and real lived-experience perspective, side by side.

What this is not

This is peer information, not medical advice. glp1.how is not a medical resource and no article is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your clinician about medication decisions. Read the full disclaimer.
