Copay

A copay (or copayment) is a fixed fee you pay for a covered prescription or service, regardless of the total cost — for example, $25 for a GLP-1 prescription. Copays vary by plan and by drug tier, and GLP-1 medications are often placed in higher tiers with higher copays.
