LillyDirect is Eli Lilly's direct-to-patient platform, connecting patients to independent telehealth providers, home delivery pharmacy services, and manufacturer savings programs for Lilly medications. As of September 2026 those include Mounjaro, Zepbound, and Foundayo; Lilly made its Foundayo pill available through LillyDirect at launch in April 2026, with self-pay pricing from $149 a month for the lowest dose (Eli Lilly, April 2026 ↗ (external link)). It's designed to streamline access to prescriptions and support, though it operates alongside (not as a replacement for) a patient's existing prescriber relationship in most cases.
