Zofran

Zofran is the brand name for ondansetron, an anti-nausea (antiemetic) medication originally developed for chemotherapy-related nausea. It's sometimes prescribed off-label alongside GLP-1 medications to help manage nausea, particularly during dose titration when GI side effects tend to be most pronounced. It doesn't treat the underlying cause of GLP-1-related nausea (slowed gastric emptying) but can help make symptoms more manageable — worth discussing with a prescriber if nausea is significantly affecting daily life or ability to eat.
