Ozempic

Ozempic is the brand name for injectable semaglutide manufactured by Novo Nordisk, FDA-approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It's dosed weekly. Though approved for diabetes rather than weight management, it is frequently prescribed off-label for weight loss, and shares its active ingredient with Wegovy, which is specifically approved for weight management.
