NovoCare

Novo Nordisk's official patient support platform — savings programs, pharmacy delivery, and cost assistance for Ozempic, Wegovy, and other Novo Nordisk medications.

Updated Sep 26, 2026Evidence-backed

NovoCare is Novo Nordisk's official patient-support site for Wegovy, Ozempic (the pen and, since May 2026, Ozempic tablets), and its other medications. It's the place to check the current terms of a savings card, enroll in one, look up the Patient Assistance Program, or send a prescription to NovoCare Pharmacy — and because Novo changes prices and eligibility rules without much notice, it's the only reliable source for what applies to you today.

Two different programs live under the same roof, and it pays to know which one you're looking at. The savings card (copay card) lowers what commercially insured patients pay when their plan already covers the drug, up to a monthly cap; it can't be used with Medicare, Medicaid, or other government coverage. NovoCare Pharmacy is a separate direct-pay channel that sells the brand medication at a flat cash price to people whose insurance doesn't cover it or who have no insurance at all, and that spending usually doesn't count toward a deductible. Our guides to manufacturer savings cards and LillyDirect vs. NovoCare direct-pay compare the current terms of both.
