Retatrutide

Retatrutide is an investigational "triple agonist" medication developed by Eli Lilly that activates GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors together. It is not yet FDA-approved and remains in clinical trials, but early trial results have shown substantial weight loss, generating significant interest as a potential next-generation option beyond dual agonists like tirzepatide.
